Your Child’s First Visit

Relax and smile! The first time your child visits, it’ll be easy. How? We make it fun! We involve your child, and we are exceedingly gentle and careful. Our tactics reduce fear and get your child interested in dental tools, proper brushing, and simple flossing methods. Your child will leave inspired and excited for their next visit.

The American Dental Association recommends that children visit a pediatric dentist by their first birthday, or after their first tooth erupts. To prepare for your visit and to make the check-in process faster, please print and complete the forms listed below. During the first appointment, we will evaluate your child’s oral health, check their bite, and screen for any existing health problems. We offer a gentle cleaning and fluoride treatment to all of our new patients. We also leave plenty of time for questions and conversations about your child’s oral health.
